Sending documents requested

So did I eventually.. I also sent the link to Dropbox, however, I'm not sure if it is okay with EC as they didn't mention using this kind of services in the e-mail.
I didn't receive any conformation yet... Is there anyone who did?

Regarding working experience, do you think it's enough just providing the letter of employer (recommendation), or would you also send the actual contract??

They instruct us to send PDF files directly to the email, so I'm a bit reluctant to upload large files elsewhere and provide the office with a link. Do you think it will be ok if I simply split my documents and send them as an attachment to two separate emails?

I had a quite busy week, so I hope to be able to send my documents tomorrow or the day after, the 26th, in the morning.

My question is about the receipt from the post office. Do we have to include it in the same pdf as the one with the documents, or it can go by separate (in another pdf)? I don't know if that's really an issue (maybe it doesn't matter at all).

And also, after all, do we include other documents not mentioned in the application or not? Just the one mentioned?

Hello,

I have send my documents using DHL. The documents arrived today and I received a sms from DHL informing me at what time the envelope arrived and who received it.
So you could use them to be sure everithing is ok.

From my understanding of the email we received, the scanned proof/ receipt should be an PDF in itself . Make sure to scan everything black and white, so that you keep the size of your documents to a minimum and avoid any failed delivery emails.

As far as extra documents are concerned, it is useless to send them at this point. When/If you choose to lobby, you can send an updated CV to the HoU of your choice.

hi there, can somebody please write the failure message they got when their files were too big, because I was trying to send the mail today ( zipped folder - less than six Mb) I get a message that their inbox is full and that I should try to send it again, later? Anbody? Please help

Thank you Now i know it's a different problem because I get this message: La boîte aux lettres du destinataire est pleine et ne peut pas accepter de messages pour l'instant. Essayez de renvoyer ce message ultérieurement ou contactez directement le destinataire.

I don't know if it matters, but how did you divide the scanned documents? I mean, one big PDF containing everything (diplomas, job experience, etc) + one PDF for the mail receipt? Or did you try to logically divide your diplomas,job experience, application form, etc. into separate PDF files?

One "big" pdf for all the documents and the receipt. Otherwise, it will be much more complicated and very messy!
