Iden, actually, I have interesting situation, because Iam studing in Poland, but was born in Ukraine.
Ultimately, I am afraid about this situation, bacause Ukraine is not EU-country.

But I am really hope)

Olga_90 I am kind at the same situation. I was born in Ukraine, but lived for most of my life in Portugal, so applied as Portuguese. Might have been a mistake since Portugal is one of the countries with biggest amount of applications. Now waiting for the result in Birmingham.

I keep refreshing my email in anticipation- sweaty palms now!

I think is not gonna be today..probably tomorrow or monday..they had around 18k application so... we'll have to keep waiting...

I am so nervous!! I look into my message box in every 15 minutes with a beating heart:) And still nothing! It's terrible that so many of us waiting with such nerves and many of us would like to change your life. I'd take all of you out there if you'd be in committee

go_there, I emailed them two days ago and they said they were releasing results this week.

Olga_90 I have applied for the intership for the first time too. I just have no patience anymore...I Can't Plan future without results from the Traineeship office.

I think "not EU-country" is not a problem in case of preselection. But, however, with limited number of places...

I dont feel very confidence to pass the preselection period, but cant help to check my mail every other minutes, this is disturbing!

I am currently at work and I don`t have access to my personal e-mails, which is just killing me! I hope that by the time a get home I will find an e-mail waiting

I am also at work and the fact that I'm able to check my personal e-mail is very disturbing for my work Hope so much that the results will be today!

The not cool part of it all is that according to my experience they first sent out the positive results, the rejections were sent later. And some ppl didn't get any e-mail at all (I think the ones from outside EU) and were very annoyed in the last session, as they got their results only much much later.

It was also the case with me 4 years ago - I got my email and was jumping happily around the dorm making everybody jealously check their email accounts (we all studied EU masters and all applied). And only a couple of hours later all of my flatmates got their rejection e-mails. Not so nice :/

Well, if anyone from the forum would get an actual e-mail from the TO, that would be great to know. At least we could prepare for the worst (not that the chances are high anyway...)

Hej Aneena, just wondering is that true that people from outside of EU get emails later than everyone else, or is that only the rejected ones dont get email? I'm from out side EU, so maybe I dont need to worry like you guys hihihihihihihi

I don't know what was the problem, I only remember some people complaining the last time. I just had a look and it seems it was not the preselection but the selection e-mail that was not sent out in time:

Ideally all the results should be sent out at the same time, but it is different from one session to another. So if you are a "special" group (like non-EU citizens), see if the others from this group got their results before you start to worry too much.

Now I'm obsessively checking my spam folder as well, lol.
