I received an email with a positive answer 6 hours ago ( I am Greek ). Good luck to everybody!

a friend of mine is italian, and he has already received the email stating that he has been pre-identified.

My question is if there are people who still receive emails that they are pre-selected..do you think so?

I haven't received anything yet, which means that I won't be pre-selected. I checked my application status but it's the same, "application submited". I'm sure that they'll email everyone with an answer, maybe tomorrow, but clearly the priority is for the ones who were pre-selected. This is the 2nd time that I applied; in the 1st I was pre-selected (and I received the email around 13h, Brussels time, that must be when they send the results) but then it didn't went through. This time I changed my motivation text, choose a specific DG and added more things but I guess it wasn't enough for the pre-selection.

This is my 2nd trial too and in the first one I got preselected. Strange thing because now my profile is more relevant than the previous time I applied. Anyone from Bulgaria got an e-mail?

Hey, I am from Bulgaria and was preselected, got the email this afternoon. This is also my second time, but the first time I was not preselected.

I think we are in the same situation...
Even if I don't know exactly what is necessary to be selected, I had an idea but it seems that they are changing criteria every edition (for instance, the application process changed since March). The 1st time I concluded I wasn't selected because everyone selected received the email one day before I did. It might be the same this time.

I received 2 emails informing me I was pre-selected, one at 12:04 and one at 13:05. Anyone else get the news twice? Maybe their system is bugging a bit - would be good news for those who are still waiting!
For those wondering about the country theory, I'm British and one of my colleagues is Spanish and she received it too, a little after me, between 12 & 1.
Also I received it from EAC-Stages-Desk11, not 5 or 6.
