Financial Identification Form (Bank account)

Hi there!

I was wondering if someone else is experience the same problem I have with the Financial Identification Form, where you provide your bank account's details. Once I've filled all the parts (besides the "remarks" at the end and the "account number", which should be left blank if you have an IBAN), I press "Save" but it just says "an error has occurred".

I have no idea of which error it talks about and no idea of how to solve this either. Is there an email or some contact to solve this?
