I lobbied several units from DG MARKT, and from two of them I received an email letting me know they won't have a trainee in the next round.

What is Kenneth Bell's email address? Or whoever is in charge of the Mexico unit in EEAS. Many, many thanks! The firstname.surname@eeas.europa.eu didn't work nor with "ec" instead of "eeas". Any help much appreciated!

Same here. The units I am interested in are Unit A1 – Policy and coherence, Unit A2 – Aid and Development Effectiveness and Financing and Unit B2 – Governance, Democracy, Gender, Human Rights.
(in this order)
I read a post on this forum from 2012 and it was stated that DEVCO usually selects its trainees without contacting them. I wonder if this is true...

Hi guys!
I have a werid question. Today, I received an email informing me that my lobby e-mail has been forwarded to our Human Resources Unit - does it mean that I'm one of the three nominated? Firstly, I thought it means nothing but later I received a call from another unit informing me that I'am one of the three and due to this they were going to forward my data to the HR Unit.

Hello guys! What kind of emails are you writing for lobbying? What should be included in it? I sent an email to my dream DG and it had a grammatical mistake which I found out later. Now I am really worried!

Marketo you have to go to http://ec.europa.eu/contact/members_en.htm Commission directory, find names of the people you want to contact from Legal service and write email in the form of firstname.lastname@ec.europa.eu These are like the only unoffocial addresses that you can find.

I suppose also DG JUST is not accepting trainees since it was not in our list of contacts within the pre-selection messagge. Anyway, I had email also from:
DG EMPL, Unit A.4.
DG SANCO, Unit A.1
that they won't have trainee this round.

Thanks for sharing, that was one of the units I wanted.grazia wrote:EEAS III B.4 Central Asia not hosting trainees
The wait is killing me, it's discouraging that I have yet to hear anything but I guess that is the way things are.
Congrats to those who already had interviews and/or good news , and thanks to everyone who has been sharing information so far

Me too! I think EEAS generally take very few trainees(as I heard from last year), but it's always good to try!
