This has happened to me too every time since yesterday (yes I obsess)... but refreshing the page has always helped so far

No no, you should get an email whenever something is updated. For me it's more like trying to pass the time and, with luck, see the results in those 0,0001 seconds between when they post the offer and when the email arrives.

I wouldn't actually be so sure about this for me, the TO has only said "end of June"... so who knows, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week

Ok so I don’t think it’s happening today, haven’t received anything and from what I can see activity-wise on this forum no one else has either. Probably been refreshing since 9 AM this morning for nothing lol.

I was told by the unit that selected me as their first preference on June 10 that I would receive an official offer within 2-3 weeks, hence it's not a sure thing that the traineeship office will send out offers today (at least not all of them).

I know for sure that the TO has set the 25th as the date where they start sending offers because the HR department of one DG accidentally forwarded me their entire internal timeline of the selection process that has been given to them by the TO. So it's safe that they planned on sending out offers today. But knowing that the wheels of bureaucracy turn slow in Brussels from time to time, it's of course possible that they couldn't meet their own deadline or decided to postpone it for other reasons. However it may be - the day isn't over yet and at least we know that it can't take much longer - even if it turns out that we don't get any emails today. Hope that helps.

Thank you for sharing this. Knowing that they have indeed set a deadline and even communicated it to the DGs makes the wait easier. At least we know that they are certainly doing all they can to send out the offers asap and at some point thought it would be possible by today.

The religious checking of my emails/the EC traineeship site is very reminiscent of getting exam results back. I don't think I've felt this alive in years.

Welp. Looks like we're going to have to chill in this state of uncertainty for a bit longer - it's pretty much the end of the day. Hopefully we have better luck tomorrow team!

Hello Guys! I was so desperate that I have called my preferred DGs in order to ask when we will get a final offer (or a final rejection:P )! They replied to me that the selection process is over, but it might take a few WEEKS until the Traineeship office sends the final offers!

My dear God I really hope this is only referring to the earlier statement that all successful candidates will receive an offer by mid-July... even those who are ranked 3rd or so. This day ending without an offer was already a bad enough anticlimax.

This is what I heard as well... the DG I interviewed with said to realistically not expect to hear until beginning to mid July. :/

I''m ballsy enough to call, but I live in the US, so it will cost me more than a day's paycheck to make that call

So, finally not today. Hopefully tomorrow. Last friday I had a call from the person who had interviewed me saying me that they had booked me (DG EAC). Still until I don't get the contract I don't feel is official and I'm afraid something can go wrong... Waiting is the worst!

Hey guys, was anyone offered a position unofficially in interview, and then offered an entirely different unit today? I am a bit confused, this has happened to me and not too sure if I should contact the Traineeships Office or what. . . I mean, any offer is great but am a bit disappointed as I really wanted the position I had the interview for and the unit I have been offered today is totally different :/
