Hello!

Good luck to everybody looking for a flat. Smile

One question, completely out of topic. Anybody knows how many days off we get? A friend who did her traineeship 2 years ago told me that EC basically forced her to take 10 days off (but from the website it seems that we get 1 day off for every month we are there so it should be 5 days together). Curious mainly because of Christmas - would be great to plan the Holiday already. Thanks in advance!

So yesterday one DG texted me and offered me "last minute traineeship" starting from 1st of November. I had to turn them down unfortunately because simply i couldnt leave my current job that fast and move to Brussels. So, it is kind of frustrating.
Also, it is strange because this DG was my 3rd choice and they never ever texted me before during the process even though i was lobbying but never got any sign from them.

They said latest 15 November. But it is still not good for me because i have 2 months notice period at my current workplace.
Also, the problem is that the the traineeship would still last until March only although I would start later, meaning I would do just 3.5 months of traineeship in total, instead of 5 months like everyone else.

I have been pre-selected for the October 2020 traineeship and just submitted the supportive documents. However, I realized that some of the dates indicated in my application (mainly the obtention date of my diploma which was July 20 - and which I indicated as being July 25) was incorrectly written. I am super nervous about how much that can be a motif of rejection.

Does anyone of you have been through the process, and submitted document for the admissibility check with (minors?) dates mistake and still have been selected for the BB?

I honestly don’t think it matters because the same thing happened to me when I applied for the M20 session and I still made it to the Blue Book so don’t worry (:
PS: My mistakes were regarding ending dates of internships.
