I'm also still waiting to hear anything at all... at first I was still optimistic because as you pointed out both offers and rejections were sent at the same time, but the longer I wait the more pessimistic I get would be interesting to know how many people got contacted so far, but I'm afraid there's no way of finding out...

I haven't received any answer either and was so frustrated, so I've just contacted Traineeship Office to ask about the procedure of sending the offers. They told me (in a very friendly way btw) that sending is ongoing and many people were not yet contacted. She checked my particular case and told me that there is just no information next to my name yet due to bureaucratic procedures. Once it appears there - they will immediately send an email. I asked till what date should we expect an answer, but she said there was no specific day (e.g. January 22nd or so). So, those who were not yet contacted, I assume we are all in a same situation. Don't lose hope, so far not recieving an email does not mean anything!

Hey, I am not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I have one question regarding to the documents that the selected ones have to sent by 22/1. Just want to sent the right documents. As regard to the health insurance: is the European health insurance card enough? And as a proof of it is it ok if I just send a copy of the card or do I need to provide something more? Thanks if you have time to answer.

I called the TO, and on the phone they told me that it was enough, both the card and the scan of it!
I think it is ok, that's all I sent, it does certify you have health insurance in your home country

Well, I just received another offer from DG internal market, by email, apparently now they are going through their reserve lists if the first-listed decided not to take the offers, so I think not everything is decided yet!

Did you guys received a notification or something once you've sent the acceptance form ?

Not yet even though I specifically asked a notification and/or a confirmation that everything was ok. Franky, I didn't receive any reply at all...

I asked the same things and no reply neither! Maybe later...

I did receive an acknowledgement of receipt of my acceptance form an hour ago.

I´ve just recieved the final confirmation of my traineeship as the instructions for the travel to Brussels on 5 March. I´m assigned in DG-Infraestuctures.

I am just wondering about the pre-selection procedure. I've applied for a traineeship for the October 2014 session, but I got only a few points, therefore I was not selected unfortunately.

Could anyone help me out with some ideas about the given points? For what do we get high scores and what could I do to get into the next session in March?

I am learning International Studies in English, learning French and Russian languages, working as a project coordinator dealing with subsidized Europen Union Projects. Honestly I do not have a clue what should I do better or more to have an opportunity to work there and I am so bushed right now... Nonetheless I do not intend to give up at all.
