Hello, I would like to ask you if and where are you looking for accomodation in Brussels?

Hey guys, has someone received an official acceptance letter or contract? I'm still waiting for it..

@natalia: sure i'm looking for al accomodation in Brussels. Maybe i'll come there a couple of week before the traineeship starts.

I am looking on websites for a flat... if I find something to share (eg. 3-4- bedroom flat) could I contact you? I am prepared to pay 400-550 euro per month. In case I won't find anything, I will come 1-2 weeks ealier to a Hostel, and I will look then as well. If you find anything interesting, and you want to share, please contact me.

If you find some apartment that has more free rooms let me know too. I am also looking for a flat (tough I am still waiting official mail ), anything in EU district and up to 500 euros is OK for me.

I am looking for an accomodation to share too, and I would probably go to brussels one week before to directly search it there, maybe we can keep in contact with each other

I have receive only the e-mail "you have been selected etc etc".. As far as I have understand they would send us another e-mail with the offer, right?

I have not reply to that mail because they said to contact them only if not interested anymore

But you can consider that you got the position for sure... now you just need to get a piece of paper, sign it and send it back with your diplomas and certificates!

Hi, I want to start looking for accommodation too but think I should wait until I get the letter, so far only had the email and nothing else. Lots to sort out!

Same as for asdqwerty, if you got the mail from TO saying that you have been selected, you are in 100%!

I called the TO today. They are going to send us the official offer and practical information in a few days. Though she could not confirm which date or within this week.

I think we won't get anything today. So try to stay in life until tomorrow

yeap I really hope we'll get the email tomorrow also because they are supposed to let us know about the selection before Mid-January and tomorrow is the 15th arghhh

yusc, mdenic85, daki, I think this information will be useful for you:

I am also a Non-EU candidate (B&H) and I have been contacted by a DG saying they have chosen me for the traineeship BUT I would have to wait UNTIL the END of JANUARY/ BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY to receive the official e-mail!

This means we have to wait even looooooooonger than we thought!

Beginning of February!? Well, that's just crazy!
