I am preparing the documents. Do you know if the translations of diplomas have to be certified or notarized?

It is written: “It is not necessary to have certified copies made of your university degrees certificate(s).” (EESC website)

Do you know is it possible to know for which Unit we are preselected or the preselection is general?
