There is a little balcony in the back (beside the bedroom)

Double layer windows so a good noise insulation. The apartment is very quiet.

Very close access to bus and tram:
Place Stephanie at 2 min walk (tram 92, 97 and 94)
Chaussée d'Ixelles also 2 min walk (bus 71 and 54)

Less than 1km away from the European Parliament and short bus ride to ULB/VUB

Dates of availability: from June to the end of october 2010 (5 months rent!)
