Room to sub-rent for six months starting on January - Close to Flagey/Jourdan

Hello,

I am leaving Brussels for six months and will subrent my room (01/01/2015 > 30/06/2015).
It is in a 3 persons flat betwenn Flagey and Germoir, on the ground floor.
The room is on the lower ground floor, and fully furnished.
The rent is 450€ all included.
Visits are organized tomorrow between 4.30pm and 6pm.
