ok, there it says valid, rubina, but shouldn`t it write with green color and big, on the top of the page? that`s how I understood it`s supposed to be.....but maybe only when your`re preselected....has anyone receive any email?

yeah Ive, it is a bit frustrating, i know. and the worst is that we have the degrees for these :/
last year, they emailed the candidates early June for the preselection

Well, my status is still "Application Valid"... I also recieved the mail on 3rd April, but now they are in absolut silence.

I guess the ones who really got pre-selected did recieve the mail and are just not in forums like us discussing this...

at least one person preselected should be here, shouldn`t it???.... is there anybody?

Didn't your status change on the 15th of May to "Not preselected" or whatever? Otherwise, we have to wait for somebody to be preselected and announce it here to be sure there is no hope for us

"Application valid" foreveeeer!!! Ok, I know my application is valid...I would like to know something else...WHATEVER!

Same thing with me guys, but I e-mailed trainee@cor.europa.eu asking when any pre-selection results will be announced or whether it'll be only the pre-selected candidates that would get an e-mail. In case I get a reply back I'll let you know!

No status change for me either... Has anyone applied also for the EESC? I don't have any news from them either. And since the traineeship office is the same for both CoR and EESC, I hope that the whole process is little bit delayed and we still have a chance...Otherwise I didn't get preselected for either of them and that kinda sucks:)

are we sure that they announced the preselection phase in may last year? cos as ive seen in the forum, people didnt get any replies until june

One of them got preselected on the 3rd of May, but it's true that others were not contacted until June...

What a lack of seriousness they have... At least leave a kind automatic message saying "sorry, you were not pre-selected"... but it's unfair to having us waiting one more month just for nothing! I'm sick of big institutions who treat applicants as numbers...

couldn´t agree more... it is very frustrating...

Oh well... I just saw a status of a friend in facebook saying that she'd received an e-mail informing her that she's been pre-selected for a traineeship in the President's Private Office of the Committee of the Regions...

that sucks(for us not your friend :p) . i wonder whats the deal with such organizations, i could never understand what they want

Well, tbh I am not too familiar with her previous qualifications, but we are doing the same MA in EU studies in Leiden right now. I know she speaks a few languages- Polish, Russian and English (and perhaps French, but not sure)... but I don't really get the idea behind choosing someone for a traineeship in the eu institutions anymore...

Ive, how is that Master by the way? I was about to apply for it for the next coming year but I wasn't sure and finally gave up... Are you enjoying it? Would you recommend it?

damn it. I hope that they will at least tell us how many points we got and what for, i really want to know why I didn't fulfill the criteria. I also wonder what you need to have to get the internship. I'm affraid knowing someone from inside is also an important factor....

I applied for EESC as well, but no news up to now. Hope get some infos next days... Anybody for ARLEM?

Has anyone applied for the Nato ACT internship?

I got two separate preselection emails today (for two different departments). Anyone else?
