I replied to the interview enquiry only on friday evening and i still haven't heard anything back from them. I hope they will clarify me the time when they will call so i can prepare. I got accepted to the parliament traineeship, so i think that traineeplacement suits my interests better anyway.

I haven't heard from other council departments, has anyone else?

Folks isn't it weird that just a few received an email to confirm an interview, some even an offer and silence for all the rest?

I haven't received any news whatsoever. I chose law as the first domain and my application status remains unchanged.
Maybe they're reviewing the applications in rounds, so basically we still have chance to be chosen in the next round? I don't know, the end of the year is near and seeing other people already being notified and interviewed makes me nervous.
I have also applied for the Court of Justice in Luxembourg and still nothing from them either.

Did you try writing an email to them? It sounds stupid but we can maybe try pushing a bit. Now it's time to get an answer.

I finally got an answer to the interview request but decided to decline it as i got an offering from the parliament which suits my interests better. But i haven't heard from any other departments still. I guess the selection is over for council?

I guess it's over for real no other news from anyone?

I would not say so...two days ago they answered to my info request by saying selection is still going on...fingers crossed and anyway it's just a traineeship not the work of our life.

Today i received an email from the Bureau de Stages.I am selected for the paid traineeship in the Council of EU.I had to reply on the same day if i accept this offer, and if yes, i have to send the requested documents until Tuesday, so they can send me the contract.
What about you?Is anyone else selected? Good luck to everyone, anyway

Hi masraci. The time was 10.17 GMT+2. The stage is in the Legal Service.

Did you have any Skype / call interview before?

I wonder if today was the day when they contacted all selected candidates.
I hope not, as I didnt receive anything. Unfortunately, elenaki was contacted by the Bureau de Stages, not the department. Thus I think they already contacted everybody that was selected at once

first of all, because it wouldn't make any sense to contact one person on a friday morning, when they had a terrible delay this year.

yes, because if he was contacted by the department, i'd have a hope that other departments are still recruiting
but when he was contacted by the bureau. for me it means that all offers had been sent

or maybe the single departments call or contact just when they need to do an interview?

if they wanted to do the interview, they would contact him directly
id he was contacte dby the bureau, it means that he was already chosen
if the bureau contacted him, it probably means that they contacted all selected candidated at the same time

Don't lose hope, I thought it was over for me as well but yesterday I received an email stating that I was selected for a traineeship in the legal service External Relations unit !
