October 2014 Trainees Any Thoughts on Accommodation?

Hi! Congrats on all who got accepted to EC traineership this october, 2014. I am looking to rent a room in central Brussels or Ixelles area for 5 months starting in October 2014. I prefer a room with my own bathroom/toilet, a private kitchenette would also be nice. If any other future EC interns wish to do the same, we could possibly rent a house and live together. If anyone knows any student residences around these areas where interns can stay, it will also be nice Thanks a lot
