info for DGs

Hi all.

From what i read I assume two people give marks to every application submitted and the mean is what your score is, then the best scored applications get pre-selected. My question is if once you are pre-selected the DGs have those scores, or just the submitted applications pre-selected? And also who have access to that information?? Only HoU or who else in the DGs?

Im asking this because I already applied three times in a row, always got pre-selected but never got it...
