I think there should be no problem to change it nej. I sent the european card because I read people from previous editions saying that they had done it and had been accepted. But I still haven't heard anything from my file manager ever since I sent the documents. It must take some time for them to check everything.

What kind of documents do we have to upload or mail to the TO? I'm still waiting for the final answer and contract, but hoping I'm gonna receive them, I would like to start preparing the stuff I'll need to send!

Do you think that if there is any problema about the documents we send, they would notice us and ask to change them?

For example an health insurance is not accepted, and they notify us after the deadline of the 24 of January. In that case can we correct or the offer would be rejected?

I'm sure they wouldn't reject us just because of a mistake in a document or something like that. I want to believe that they give us a chance to send them again in case something is wrong. Right now, I just wish they would send us a confirmation of the reception of the documents so we could know that everything is settled.

I haven't upload the picture at the moment, but I think that 430x574 would be a standard measure, but not mandatory..

Anyway you could send an e-mail to your trainee manage and then share the information with the forum, I have done that for my doubts about the health insurance ;-)

It'd be pretty unfortunate if someone sent their documents to the wrong email address and their offer became void.

Has anyone already received a confirmation that everything is OK regarding the documents we've sent? I know that my e-mail was delivered because I was having a problem with my login, reported it when I sent the documents and someone from IT offered me help. But my file manager didn't say anything.

I had the same dilemma. I wrote them and they told me we do not need to provide them with VAT.

I just sent the documents so no confirmation yet.

I got an e-mail "aknowledge of the reception of the acceptance form", but that's all..

I have upload and sent via e-mail the documents yesterday evening, and I found the e-mail in the typical form (english, french and german etc) this morning..

Well, I sent the documents last week but didn`t get an reception email yet :O I hope everything is ok

I'm sure everything is ok, maybe it is just a different time for the email depending on which desk we are, also for the formal we have received them on different days :-)

Yeah, you`re probably right... I double checked the documents just in case and they are complete, so all I have to do is wait now

In any case if you still have doubts or worries, you can send an e-mail to your file manager to ask for confirmation of the reception
