Thoughts on housing

I realize this might be a bit preliminary, but most people by now know if they are going to be doing the Bluebook traineeship this October. If so, congratulations!

I want to share thoughts on an important topic: where are you guys planning on living? I have found a website called www.immoweb.be which has a lot of apartments listed at reasonable prices, but I feel like this might be a bit lonely. Perhaps anyone knows of a co-living for students/trainees of some sort? Or knows where to look for this? Interested in hearing your thoughts

I already live in Brussels and Immoweb is a good one or Logicimmo, but there are also a few Facebook groups, like "BXL A LOUER - bouche à oreille", and otherwise Brukot. Try the word "kot" in your researches, it's the word for student flat.

I had a look at the housing about a week ago and it seems that there are some reasonable studios out there. However, if you rented a 2+ bed apartment you could get a lot more space (and in a better location) for the same price per person, if not less! So I'm curious about perhaps sharing a place, too.

Me too. Also, I think living entirely on your own (also with friends and family not nearby I assume) could end up being a bit lonely. We should start a Facebook group to connect with each other!

Surely there must be a lot of options, as all the trainees from the March round will move out?
