CoR preselections, March 2015 traineeship

Any news of preselections..? Nothing for me yet...

there is still be no news for me too, neither email nor in application, despite on the Czech version of CoR website is in the right column link saying: Link to check your status in the application procedure for the traineeship period 16/02/2015 - 15/07/2015. There is still be time to Saturday. What about you, any news? or have you found any other forum about CoR traineeship in 2015?

Thanks for replying Mada! I have checked my application status too, which only says "application valid". I don't know any other EU traineeship forums either. But you're right, there is still time till Saturday:) Let's hope we receive email soon, I hold my thumbs for you!

No! But why you think the deadline for news is today? I got an email at 24th of October and in the email it`s written "You will be notified of the pre-selection of your application the latest 30 days after the reception of this e-mail. If you do not receive a message of pre-selection, your application is recorded in the database of non-preselected candidates." It means we still have one week! And I think they will send emails next week.

I also received that email from COR but on the website, tha calendar states that 15 nov is the deadline for the preselections. I looked at older posts and saw that by 15 nov, people knew if they were preselected. I am just so nervous and I hope that the new deadline is24 nov and that they didn't swnd any emails yet.
Did you also apply for eesc? I didn't get any email drom them confirming validation but my status is application valid...

I did apply for both. I got an email for validation only by CoR. However, the application status at EESC is also valid. So, don`t worry

As dvantonova I got an email from Cor at 24th of October, so i think we have to wait until next week.

For EESC, i received the same day an email "Pre-selection letter : awaiting documents". I submitted the documents expected but since i got no news ?
Did anybody get any interview or proposal ?

@europa , congrats for the preselection! Did your status in your Eesc account change? I have no news from them, my atatus is application valid and i guess they announced the preselected candidates... So no news, bad news.

my status is "Preselected - awaiting documents" since 24th of October, and no change since i submitted documents....strange ?
So if your status is still "valid", yes it could mean you were not preselected for Eesc...sorry.

Really strange for the EESC. Only 15 days after the deadline. On the same date my status was changed to application valid.. anyway. Maybe next time there Congrats to you

Europa,  i have the exact same situation as you: applied for February traineeship at EESC, received a preselection email on 24th of October which asked to upload the documents on the website.  My status is "preselected awaiting documents" since then. From what i fugured,  the competition rate at EESC should be 4-5 persons per place,  since they have 150 preselected candidates and around 70 persons in each year in Facebook groups "eesc trainees 2013" etc, which means 35 per five months. If anyone have more precise data in regards to EESC (those are just my speculations), i will be greatful to hear it

I received the same e-mail as you on the 24th of October from CoR, but not from EESC. I applied for both.

My status is "application valid" at both place, so am I right that pre-selection at EESC is finished for that period? Sadly....

Hopefully I will be selected at CoR.

Hello everybody,
I just got an email from the CoR (my account was locked and I wrote them to unlock it), they also informed me that I have not been pre-selected. So I guess the pre-selected candidates -congratulation! - already received some news.
From EESC no news at all... my status is still "you can only check your data". Last time I have been pre-selected, this time I have not even got the application valid confirmation. I don't know why. @raviolette, as I far I know at EESC about 50 trainees per semester are recruited, the pre-selection competition is suppose to be 3 to 1. But the exact number changes depending on their availability.

I'm also waiting for the pre-selection results and I'm also getting a bit nervous.
Stefania, could you please explain what it means that your account was locked? When I log in, I can see information "you can only check your data", no reference to my status in the application procedure although I received e-mail that my application is valid. One more question - what address did you use to contact the CoR? Thank you in advance and I hope that sooner or later you will succeed

No news either from Cor.

Hi all!

I phoned to the traineeship office at CoR for asking about the state of applications procedure.

They very kindly check it mine, and informed that I was not selected :-(

Also they told me that last week they already sent most of the notification to the pre-selected candidates and that if you still have "valid" state in your account is probably that you are not going to be choosen this year.

Sorry for the ones in my situation and congratulations if any of you got it. Still waiting for some news or other institutions though...
