Got mine today! Must say I expected more detailed description but at least (form what I can tell) we do not need to provide those same documents we sent but with official translations (?)

reserve list- so If somebody refuse I can replace him/her, but I don't know how many candidates are in the same situation and If I have any chance...

Yeah, the one they sent us in the placement offer, it was in one of the attachments.

The password to log in to the stage committee website? For housing, I saw it doesn't work, have no other.

I just got a password to log in to my trainee file and just one attachement (a pdf document) on housing. Are you guys based in Brussels or in Luxembourg?

no dori, I haven't found accomodation, and that's why I bought my flying ticket more than one week before starting the traineeship.
I have some friends in Brussels, but any of their contacts ended in a good solution. fortunately they are going to host me for the first days until I find something.
I'm looking in appartager.be, but it is quite difficult to find anything there because you have to pay to get in contact with advertisers...

good idea ocecon. I also contacted several advertisers but it turned out they were not reliable. so it's very difficult to arrange this thing via internet...:-(
