Not yet

If we do not receive anything by the end of this week, we can stop waiting. The screening period was end of April, and the beginning of May they contact the selected applicants.

So, do you think that only the selected candidates will receive a notification message of selection results?

I think they only contact successful candidates. Which sucks, because unless someone says that he received something we will not kknow. It says throughout may so maybe it is still early

I am also waiting... the lack of informations (of any kind) is so annoying! But lets hope for the best

I have read that they will post on internship page when they are done with sending selection mails. Good luck everyone, and don't forget to let us know if you receive something

Pff still nothing? I send them an email asking if the pre-selection has been over or if they know when it will be but I don't have high hope of getting an answer. Since there are interviews to be arranged throughout May wouldn't we be informed earlier about the pre-selection?

Do you guys think that the pre-selection is over? I'm losing hopes since it is almost half May.

I didn't get anything and don't know another forum on FRA

I guess If there are no news until the end of this week it would mean rejection, since there are interviews to be conducted :/

I applied for FRA, though I am almost sure my CV is not good at all for them.

However, if they told that the preselection is still ongoing and they will inform you within the next month, I guess there is still hope, they don't have to contact you necessarily by the end of this week.

Also, if I am not mistaken, they will inform us or at least they will post something on their website once the selection process ends.

They gave the same reply to another girl yesterday, that they will contact within a month, that's what they said one week ago to me, so I thought it's just a copy-paste mail

Ah ah, nice! Well sooner or later they will have to change this default answer I hope so.

Yeah I m checking that regularly, but I guess it will be update after the official offers have been sent and signed!

So apparently it is true, they are still processing the applications

I asked and got this, it doesn't look like a default message.

We are still processing the applications. In case you will be chosen for the internship, we will come back to you within the next month.

There is still a little hope, they are "just" one month late

According to their website the pre-selection procedure for the FRA traineeship for this year is conducted in May:

Procedure Timing
Deadline for receipt of applications

02 March 2015 at 13:00 local time

Screening of applications

End of April 2015

Selection phase: e.g. telephone contact with short-listed candidates

Throughout May 2015

Internship offer issued

End of June 2015

Only short-listed candidates will be contacted by e-mail.


This means that unless someone is lucky to receive a phone call tomorrow then it is finalized.

Did you receive any news yet? I emailed them about a week ago to see whether they are still in the process of pre-selecting but I didnt get an answer..

I got accepted today :-) seems like some people refused and they took me in the second round. I hope others were just as lucky!
