How good is this trainee program?

Hi again guys (and sorry for the spam, I hope my questions are of interest to other people)

I'm sure this trainee program is very interesting, experiencing and hopefully really fun. I am in a situation where I probably would have to turn down an ok position in my country if I wanted to do this trainee program. Given that I'd prefer to spend 5 months as a trainee befor working full time at in that position, how good is it for my CV?
