as long as I know from july 2012 the owner of the building started to install wifi routers in the building. Do not know how was it before but now is terrible. So, that means that somehow you financed it.

Their only aim is to make money. Is the worst place to live in bxl. Now we are without heating and hot water and no one from the agency is here to give us a solution. As lo.g as they do not fill their pockets, they do not care.
