Yeah, I just wish we had some more info about the selection process so that we could know what to expect. I can see that those who applied for an administrative traineeship are having interviews and stuff so I feel like nothing is going on on our side.

Yeah, me too. And I can't find anything specific for the previous years either when it comes to translation traineeships - it seems they've changed the procedure a bit, as I found somewhere that there wasn't any pre-selection for translation traineeships before.

Since I was in a similar panicked state during the March application, I can share with you where I'm at this time around.
I got my unofficial offer about 3 weeks ago and had a handful of days to respond if I accept or not, I got the offer before I received the confirmation in my Europa account that I've been pre-selected for the Blue Book and have not received an official offer yet.
For the March session I got the results of the preselection procedure on 12/12 and results of the selection procedure on 27/01, so it does take a lot of patience.
I imagine the time of selection can be different depending on your language, but I think they just send all the selection results together in Europa and maybe they wait in case someone changes their mind and doesn't accept the official offer.

Any selected translators? :-)
