Motivation letter Empty Motivation letter

Any advice for this? Also, what criteria have you applied in selecting your area of interest. Ought I to say that I want to do the traineeship with a view to working in NGOs or something like that in the future or are they likely to prefer people aspiring to permanent officialdom?
