Post-Traineeship life? Empty Post-Traineeship life?

I have been wondering about this topic for a while, and I would like to know if any of you ex-trainees can tell me about post-traineeship life.

How did this traineeship affect your life? Did it change it? Was it everything you expected? More than, less than? What are you doing now, after the traineeship?
