Application for Oct 2013

I'm also on the reserve list... I just hope they don't put me on the reserve list for the EESC as well as happened in 2012... argh, such bad luck. :/

Yesterday I got the email from CoR about reserve list.

Thanks for replying me..I was interviewed two days before and my status is still preselected- waiting documents..I have already upload my proofs but the deadline is next week.
So I was wondering maybe I should wait until the deadline?

did any of you lobby for EESC?

I applied Also for EESC but my application is still valid so I guess I was not preselected..

Thought I should share this with you so you don't make the same mistake as me: guys, do NOT lobby EESC when pre-selected. I just received an e-mail from one of the Units saying that the EESC performs the selection anonymously and they do not see with good eyes direct contact being made by applicants. They plainly stated in the e-mail that I had jeopardized my application so I guess I'm out now...

I just feel stupid because it was the first time ever I lobbied in my life, but as things are so competitive I just thought it was the thing to do.

Reserve list for CoR and no news at all from EESC! I guess all eligible candidates that were not pre-selected for CoR are directly placed on their (endless) reserve list.

My EESC status was changed to Reserve List...
So I guess now I have only EP to wait for.

I've been applying for EU institutions for three years now. I've got a Master, I have studied and worked abroad. I speak four different languages. So I dont really know what they are looking for.

I didn't get any call. Simply reserve list status.

I was interviewed 15 days ago and still my status is "preselected- awaiting documents".

Do you know if they are going to send us an e-mail either we are selected either we are in the reserve list?

If we look at this page, http://cor.europa.eu/en/about/traineeships/Pages/how-applying.aspx 15 june is for Checking of Documents and 30 june is last day of selection. I think that we have to wait until 20 june but probably we will get it next week.

So lets wait...

I also got on the reserve list without having ever been called! It's pretty weird and unfair, why would they tell us to expect a call for a few weeks and then just decide on the application (or randomly)? Did any of you send an e-mail to the traineeship office about this?

I got an email as pre-selected reserve list. I will try my chance again in next term traineeship.
