Diploma Supplement Empty Diploma Supplement

Hi there!

Do you know if the Europass Diploma Supplement is required for a Degree of a University from a Non-EU country? I´m from Argentina.

Hi!
I have the same question and have already sent an email to the EC and they told me that YES, it is necessary to present the Europass Diploma Supplement. I'm from México. What I don't know exactly is the type of Supplement we are required to present.
